WE GUARANTEE:

  1. We Will Close Your Loan in 21 days or Less – Provided that our client provides the necessary paperwork on the dates we all agree upon, we will close your loan or give you $100 per day refund of your closing costs for each day we close past the originally scheduled closing date.

  2. Our Closing Costs in Writing – If our closing costs are higher than we originally quoted, we will refund back the difference at the closing table.* We also pride ourselves in ensuring that the bottom line figure you write a check for doesn’t exceed our original estimate (including prepaid interest, real estate taxes and insurance).

  3. A Stress Free Closing – The terms and conditions that we originally agreed upon will be met. We send out confirmation of “our agreement” well in advance of closing as a “dress rehearsal” to insure there are no surprises at the actual closing. If you are not absolutely satisfied with our service, we will refund you $500 on the spot.

*Assumes that we utilize the services of our preferred attorney. If a 3rd party attorney is chosen, their charges will likely be higher than those we have negotiated for the fee and title insurance costs.
